This page provides evidence related to one of the key challenges I plan to address - fear of speaking up against political interference in the departments that regulate health and food products and policies for all Canadians.

Background:
In 2020 I've started the Government of Canada R4GC data science community of practice in GCCollab with the purpose of teaching contemporary data analysis tools for my colleagues from other government departments. In our community's efforts to leverage data science to improve public service culture and operations, I helped develop several Web Apps to visualize various Open Canada Data.
These Web Apps helped me to gain valuable insights into the challenges my colleagues face in various departments across the government. Some of these Web Apps and Insights are listed below and further discussed in sub-pages.
