• How delegates are selected for AGM and regional councils? Who makes decisions?

• What are the names of delegates who were selected for AGM and regional council? How did they vote on every resolutions ? Who votes for and who votes against

• How are Union dues used? Who approves and reports all expenses

• Who decides when (on which causes) to use money to mobilize members and when not

• Why most BoD meetings are closed to members?

• Where can you find minutes for all Board of Directors meetings?

• Is there a process to obtain  ATIP/FOI information from the Union?

• Who and how makes decisions on Union's priorities and messaging

• How many PIPSC workers are paid by Union membership dues and how many are volunteer-based positions? 

• What is the hiring process for non-elected positions?

  • What are the selection criteria for hiring PIPSC CEO and  her salary? - Related evidence

• What is the legal challenge between PIPSC president Jennifer Carr and the Union Board of Directors? 

  • Who paid the associated legal expenses?

Decisions related to supporting "Vaccination policy", and not supporting members who believed that this policy was not based on evidence  but  industry agenda and who believed it has violated their fundamental  human rights and freedoms 

• Who and how made decision not to challenge the Mandatory Vaccination Policy from the onset and issuing the Statement  supporting Vaccination Mandates, which was published on October 15, 2021? Why it has not been updated based on data that became available since when it was published three years ago?

• What is the Status with the Policy grievance (against Vaccination Mandates), which was filed in May 2022,  for all members of the Core Public Administration who remained on LWOP beyond April 6, 2022? 

  • Why it takes so long to provide any update on this policy ? Why there is no follow up on this policy has been published for more than two years?
