There are two important FPSLREB decisions:

John King was a CIU union rep and OHS rep.

In two separate instances CBSA / CCRA disciplined him relating to his use or sharing of information.

He was protected by his status as an OHS rep and union rep, the arbitrator overturned the discipline.
